Lemon with Garlic Mixture: Perfect for Clearing Heart Blockages

When you think of garlic and lemons, you might think about using them for flavoring fish or making a homemade vinaigrette. But these pungent, potent foods also have health-improving properties. One way in which garlic and lemon may be helpful is by increasing the health of your arteries. When the level of “bad” cholesterol is too high, it can build up on your artery walls. This decreases blood flow and can put you at risk for heart attack or stroke. While there are medications to decrease bad cholesterol, natural dietary changes, such as eating more garlic and lemon, may benefit you as well.

pour into a metal pot. Then repeat the process with the other 3 lemons and 15 cloves of garlic. Finally was the vitamiser out with another litre of water and pour this also into the pot.

Bring the pot to boil, and then simmer for five minutes. Pour through a strainer, and let liquid drain into another pot. Finally when all the liquid has drained into the pot, leave it for some time to cool.

When it has cooled use a strainer and funnel to pour into bottles.

Note: give the mixture time to drain through the strainer. And do not keep the slurry from the strainer. Simply throw it away.

You should finish up with (About 3 to 4 Litre Bottles Quantity). Store in fridge. NOTE: DO NOT USE PLASTIC BOTTLES (Plastic bottles with filled warm or hot liquid can cause serious health problems), as plastic particles will leach into liquid in bottle. Use only GLASS Bottles to keep the mixture in.

First Dosage: Drink 1 standard glass each day for three weeks.

Then stop for one week

Second Dosage: Drink 1 standard glass each day for the final three weeks.

Repeat above every twelve months, or whenever you feel like it as long as you allow some time between treatments.

The Right Way To Drink Water

Human body consists of 50-70% water. Our body continuously needs water to perform all the activities and functions; therefore drinking water is very good for health. Ayurveda has laid down some essential guidelines for drinking water to help improve your health and to prevent any ailments due to the improper water drinking habits.

Ayurveda: The Right Way To Drink Water

  1. It is better to drink water while sitting than while standing.
  2. You should drink it slowly and avoid gulping down large volumes of water in a single breath.
  3. Tepid water is best to drink and it is advised to avoid drinking ice cold water.
  4. It is best to drink when you are feeling thirsty. When you listen to thirst cues and sip water throughout the day you’ll be drinking the right amount.
  5. You should stop drinking water after you feel satiated as it is a signal from your body to stop drinking.
  6. The color of your urine may indicate whether you are sufficiently hydrated or not. The color of your urine should be fairly clear and straw colored. Dark yellow urine may indicate a sign of dehydration.
  7. Dry chapped lips may also indicate the lack of sufficient water being supplied to your body.
  8. Normally the minimum gap between food and water should be between 1.5 to 2.5 hrs. Though it may vary according to different geographic locations, as the body’s ability to digestfood depends on external factors like the outside temperature.
  9. Though very contradictory, but the right time to drink water while taking food is to drink just the required amount of water, along with your food rather than drinking water before or after food.
  10. If really thirsty, one can have fresh fruit juice after morning meal, buttermilk after lunchand milk after dinner. Though these also contain mostly water, the properties are completely different and are good for our digestive system.
  11. Ushapan is a famous Ayurvedic practice of drinking water in the morning.  A regular ushapan helps in keeping the body healthy. It also helps to get rid of many diseases and disorders like headaches, blood pressure, anemia, obesity, arthritis etc.

Why Shouldn’t You Drink Water After Meal According To Ayurveda?
Ayurveda strictly prohibits drinking water at the end of a meal as it kills the energy required by our digestive system to process the ingested food. This allows the food to remain in our system for longer duration which may cause the food to rot inside our system, instead of getting digested, which may lead to the formation of gas and acidity problems.

Neck Pain Treatment: This Unusual Stretch Relieves Stiff Neck in 90 Seconds

Do you suffer from tension headaches or stiff muscles like I do? I have some alignment problems in my neck and jaw, and those can easily translate to pain if I do something wrong. And that can be something as simple as leaning forward too long staring at the computer screen or bending my neck the wrong way in my sleep.
I have discovered a few tricks which have helped me out with my pain issues. Magnesium oil for one is very helpful. On that note, Epsom salt can be very helpful as well. But none of this really helps to stretch the muscles and to fix alignment issues.
So I was hunting around to see if I could find any recommendations for quick stretches I could do to relieve tension in my neck. I then ran into a video from a very smart doctor who came up with a stretch you can do in just 90 seconds. So far I have had excellent results with this stretch, as have a lot of YouTubers:

This is the perfect stretch to perform if you have been sitting and working at the computer for a long time, if you have slept in a weird position, or if you have simply strained your neck exercising or doing an everyday task. Since it only takes a minute and a half, you can even do it at the office. Doing this a few times throughout the day can really help you out. Give it a try; I hope it works as well for you as it does for me! Video tutorial by: Motivationaldoc.
